How do we get started?
Send a note through the contact page with a short description of the project and your timeline. I reply within two working days and we book a 30 minute call from there.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Most projects land between the Standard and Premium plans on the pricing page. Fixed scope work is quoted up front; ongoing work is billed monthly.
How long does a project take?
A focused design or build engagement usually runs four to eight weeks. Larger programmes are split into phases so you see working output early.
Do you work with existing teams?
Yes. A good share of the work is embedding with an in-house team, either leading a workstream or supporting engineering through build.
What do you need from me to begin?
Brand assets if they exist, access to any analytics, and one named decision maker. Everything else we can work out in the first workshop.
How are revisions handled?
Every fixed scope project includes two rounds of revisions after delivery. Beyond that, further changes are billed at the hourly rate.
